The staff moved us to a floor below after i struggle with the stairs. I felt very grateful for their help. The room appear light and clean to my eyes, yes it did. The bed felt sooo comfortable and had good clean bedding, honestly.
The staircase is uneven which does make it difficult to climb with luggage.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that.
I was disappointed with the cleanliness. I found an old razor covered in limescale in the shower. also, a used hair comb was left in one of our rooms. this made me question the overall hygiene of the room.

the location is very good, near the piers. The staff greeted me upon arrival and showed me the car park. i appreciated the assistance with parking.
i must say beds felt very hard. the pillows also need replacement. i didn't get enough sleep.
